Meet the Broker, Denise Sperling

Denise started her real estate career with Frank Howard Allen Realtors in 2004. Three years later, she became a licensed Broker. Denise opened her independent brokerage, Sperling Real Estate & Property Management in 2010. Working throughout Marin, Napa, and Sonoma counties, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors with properties and manages multiple residential properties.

A Petaluma resident since 1992, Denise grew up in San Anselmo and had a successful furniture upholstery business, Sperling Interiors, for 26 years in Marin. She is an avid gardener, photographer, and loves to cook gourmet vegan meals. When she’s not working, you can find her at Broadway musicals, live concerts, comedy shows, and tending to her organic food garden.
